Payment: By credit card or PayPal as indicated on the "Orders" page.

Shipping & handling: A charge of $3 will be added to each order to cover the cost of shipping by regular post; for $10 extra, orders can be shipped by express post (click on “Express shipping” on “Orders” page); orders sent by regular post are not insured while orders sent by express post are insured.

Timing: Regular mail from Tokyo to most destinations worldwide takes from 10 days to two weeks; express mail takes from three to five days.

Damaged reeds: Any reed that arrives damaged will be replaced free of charge; simply alert us to the issue by sending an email to info@forestone-japan.com

Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been received.
