Conditions

Payment: By credit card or PayPal as indicated in the Online store. Note: All online payments through our online store are managed by Moneybookers or Paypal. FORESTONE Japan does not receive or collect any credit card information.

Shipping & handling: A charge of $5 will be added to each order to cover the cost of shipping by regular post; for $25 extra, orders can be shipped by express post. Orders sent by regular post are not insured while orders sent by express post are insured.

Timing: Regular mail from Tokyo to most destinations worldwide takes from 10 days to two weeks; express mail takes from three to five days.

Damaged reeds: Any reed that arrives damaged will be replaced free of charge; simply alert us to the issue by sending an email to order@forestone-japan.com
